Why do women get breast implants?

If a woman cannot keep a man's )or woman's attention the way she is, what makes her think that a larger bra size will keep a persons attention? I have seen man small breasted women that were very sexy and attention getting and keeping but on the other hand, I have seen some medically made enlarged breasted women who although they got the attention, could not keep the attention of other people. Large breast do not assure that a woman will be able to be the center of attention for long. I can see a woman that has had surgery getting an implant so that she can look and feel more "normal" but to try to look "natural" buy unnatural methods is not a good thing in my mind. What do you think about this.
