That's a great idea. My sister in law does that with my nephew after school. He's 4 they go to the park or the malls play ground for a little bit to get some of that extra energy he gets from ebony in school. But he always has to be doing something he is autistic and siting still and stuff isn't good for it sets him off.

Hey ShyBear88!
That's pretty much what we do to along with family activities. I think this will be a great idea after school as well he is just so active and I want him to be more involved and get out a little more...something he can look forward to. It will be a big stress reliver for me to because I'll constantly be busy and enjoying at the same time.

Play dates are always a good idea to give parents a break to talk to other parents or to just go do what they need to do till it's time to get there kids. This summer we are going to start doing actives like swimming and gymnastics for our daughter shell be a little bit over a year by summer time.

I want to sign my kids up for swimming lessons because we are getting a family membership at the YMCA. And yes its always nice to know you can relate to other parents and not always have that feeling like you're the only one going through certain things with your children.
Gymnastics sounds like a great idea! My daughter is almost 2 now so I would like for her to get involved in some age appropriate activities since I will be getting my son more involved.

Signing up your child into at extra curicular ativity is a great thing. I believe every kid shouldbe doing something like this because it is so important for kids to always be interacting with kids there own ages and have a best friend and to get them into something they like is important in life so they always l ook forward to doing something like.
Young kids always seem to have alot of energy and to get it out besides being at home is great because then your not having to worry about the house being a mess or something breaking so being able to do it somewhere else always helps as well.

I agree and I think it's time to for him to be involved in more activities to release all that energy as well as be around other kids his age other than school. In between him and running after my 1 yr. old I could use a little break and just watch him have a blast and learn new things.
