Windows 8 is currently not out yet because it was just announced on March 15, 2011. Microsoft does plan to release Windows 8 around the end of 2012. However, Windows 7 is currently almost two-and-a-half years old. At a Microsoft Developer Forum in Japan, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer confirmed what we have all been assuming: the company plans to release Windows 8 in 2012. They didn't give an exact date and no new features or details about it were discussed. They did say however that Windows 8 will be written to power everything from tablets to netbooks to high-end workstations

It's not officially out yet, but you can download the developer preview so you can have an idea what it's gonna be like. Take note that it is still a preview and not the final version of the actual Windows 8 :) Here's the link: windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/preview

I don't think it is officially out yet but some people are trialling it, a friend of mine is trialling it and he hasn't made up his mind if he likes it yet...

It is not officially launched yet. But it is available on internet for download.Needless to mention that it is still in development phase.SO DONT TRY IT UNLESS YOU ARE FULLY AWARE OF THE POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES.:)
