Are the pressures of life getting to you?? Bills? Family squabbles?? Work?? The Boss?? It's time for a break. Find some children and play. They will remind you how important play is in our lives. Forget your troubles for a while. Know that it all works out in the end. After all, didn't all your past problems work out? Your new problems will too. Now, how about a game of Hide and Seek??? That's right. Play doesn't mean on that computer. We need a bit more physical contact and exercise than that.

I think that my problem is exactly the oposite, and I don´t take life seriously at all, but I have seen other people who does it, and, althought they are more successful than I am, at least in the surface, I don´t regret it. This does not mean that I do not focus on my work at all, and be irresponsible in life, but, I rather have a minute of happiness, than a hour of worries, even if it means less money.

I agree, there are times when life's pressures catch up with us and we get stressed but I we do have to then learn to step back from it and take time out and enjoy what is around us. I have 3 kids that I clean up after all day long, running to do for the kids, the house, hubby.... it seems like times when I get pulled in so many directions but at the end of the day it all works out and if the house doesnt get clean that day, it will tomorrow. :)
Have a great day and Happy Mylotting!!

3 Kids??? That is wonderful. I bet there is always fun going on around your house. Get the kids to help with the house work. Schedule a time when there is a gang cleaning. If everyone helps, everything gets cleaned very quickly. This will also teach them not to make such a mess. You would be surprised how quickly they can figure out that messy takes more work. You could have a special treat for everyone for when it's done. Ah yes, there is nothing like a good family project.

Sometimes this helps, although because I work with kids, for me it helps more to just pick up a book and take a break.

Hi bird: I agree with you. Some people just focus on teh problems and that's a big obstacle to enjoy all the beautiful things around us that are also important. but if we make an effort and we realize that there are so many reasons to be thankful and to enjoy life, our spirit through our day by day life and our problems will also change.

I agree with you.We mustn't let the troubles of life weigh down our minds. When we feel depressed or upset,we can do something to take our minds off that.Sometimes, it is no use crying over spilt milk.Over here ,there is an old saying,as long as the green mountains are there, one needn't worry about firewood.

I wish the pressures of life are not getting to me. It's hard even to find time to relax, have fun and release some pressures. But you're right. It's important to forget all those troubles even for a while and give yourself a break. Thanks
