so quiet

Everyone has a reason, why not be active at MyLot. I also want to be active. But, sometimes I do not have an internet connection.

IT's of no wonder that there are not many asian members because it's chinese new year and everybody is busy. While people of other races might be taking a long break from these 5 days, thus they are not in mylot at all. On top of that, being on a sunday, it's family day for some, and 'me' time for some who just wants time alone. NO matter how addictive a site is, there will be a time when we get bored of it.

I guess many mylotters were away on holiday, bro. I am sure tomorrow they will be back here. I wish I could be like them too--going away for a holiday. I have been dying for that, actually.

hello adhyz82, I've been away from mylot since the end of october due to problem of my internet connection and I was a little bit busy preparing for university exam, helping my friend's son baptism party, new year and here I am back to mylot but Im not sure if I can stay for a long time because I need to prepare another exam in few weeks. Please pray for me that I can pass my exam. I sometime logged in to mylot but I dont participate in any discussion because my internet was too slow to load the page, I logged in periodically so I dont lose my earning. I think I will be back to mylot 100% after I finished my exam. and next semester I must prepare skripsi *crying*

I meant to respond to this on the day you posted it, as I too, noticed that it had gone quiet. However, I do not know if it was Mylot server or my own, but it was too slow and I got tired of waiting for my comments to be posted. Probably my own server more than likely.

hi mister adhyz.... here i'm baaaaccckkkk hahahha...well, i'm a little bit busy preparing an english competition next month. i do miss to give respond in mylot... now i do it... don't feel so sad ..:P

Such is the nature of a website like this. There are going to be a lot of days where there are going to be times where people are going to decide to step back, to take a breath, to re-charage. Sometimes, it does seem like other people see that there might be slightly less activity, so they are going to really find it is the best time to take a day off to say the very least. This website has its very active days. Along with its rather slow days to say the very least. There are just going to be a lot of times where myLot posters are going to drop off of the grid for various reasons. There are times where there are going to be people that were more active. Likely things tend to pick up later on for various reasons.

iam sorry adhyz i had many busy in offline world.. it make me absent in long time here.. yes, mylot is quiet..it`s different if you want to compare with facebook i think mylot admin can use several things for always make the discussion alive..

I think it has it ups and downs. Some people become real active here and then they drop off for a little while. And others become active. I don't think everyone ca be on here all day long every single day of the week. So, that is probably what it is. And it also has to do with the time of day as well.

I don't know about the others. But me, myself, has been left MyLot for about 2-3 months ago. Workloads is the reason for that. Well, maybe the other found their work burdens has increasing as well. And the reason about Chinese New Years and long weekend also make sense for me.

When i was back home i am really addicted to my lot.Now that I am here now at saudi arabia it seems like that i had no time to respond in my lot because I am busy at work.I know that I am still addicted here I am planning to get back on responding again to the discussions here in my lot and to invite more and gain new friends as well.

How about: weekend, celebrations or having a private life?

i know right i haven't been on here for a while to but now i'm back. :-) i guess everyone on here is taking there brake.as for me i been super busy with school. but i'm going to try to come on here more often.

Hi Adhyz, I am not feeling it actually since as I move along very early today (as soon as I woke up), I've seen interesting discussions already that caught up my eye. So, I have no problems about that. But, I do agree that there would be times that this site is so quiet. And those very active members that I got to see everyday are no longer posting anymore. I guess they are just so busy during the weekend that's why they couldn't post anything in here. Or maybe we just haven't encountered them through other discussions. Anyways, have a nice day!
