internet shopping is getting more priority

gone are those days when you have to plan a day ahead to shop and go to the desired malls and stores and then if you are lucky you get your desired items as per your affordability... you have to be fully charged with your energy to go stores hopping to get the best deal. but the time has drastically changed with e-commerce taking its priority when it comes to shopping from anywhere with a click away and paying using plastic money. the changing trends allow people to invest small amount of energy to such a heavy task "shopping" just by visiting sites with desired items and deals and making the purchase instantly. should this booming e-retailing and e-commerce era is taking a toll on the normal store hopping and visiting shops and malls??

well this the new era of internet shopping and i think that still store hopping and shop visiting will always take a lead as people opt for more and varied options rather than compromising with the few options on the internet sites.

I disagree with "more and varied options rather than compromising with the few options on the internet". Many retailers, such as Walmart or Target or BestBuy, offer more products and deals online only; not available in-store.

I still visit malls and I love Internet shopping as well. There are some items that can only be found online or cost less and vice versa. Not to mention, sometimes you're too busy to visit real shop so you have to resort to the online one.

"...this booming e-retailing and e-commerce era is taking a toll on the normal store hopping and visiting shops and malls??" Sure it is. Just ask Borders, or more recently Sears or Barnes & Noble. Time and technology and change march on.
