Need a little help about PTC

Hi to all. I am very new to this online earning thing. So I need a little help about PTC site. In every site in terms section they say that one account per IP is allowed only, otherwise account will get cancelled. But my question is what if I use more than one IP to view ads? Will my account be suspended as well?
I know there are many mylotters here who has fair knowledge about this. So please help me with this.

No your account will not be suspended By using A new Ip. Remember these tips for safety:
-- Do not use your same email address.
-- Make different PayPal, Alert pay etc accounts
-- One Important thing, Don not try to open your old account on a new Ip.
I hope these tips will definitely will prevent from being account suspended. Happy Earnings!

I think I am not clear to you in my question. I am not talking about opening a new account on the same site, I am talking about opening the existing account using different IPs.

And why this happens though I am using the same SIM? That is why today I was surprised to see my IP different from other day. Can you help me with the name of that site which bans account for this reason? I am approaching payout in a site. If my account get banned all of effort will go in vain.

I think its ok if you used more ,than one ip , but make sure you the only one who used that IP too.If someone already view adds with that the same IP,its not allowed.So you can used more that one IP if your the only one using that IP.
