Why do people allow their small dogs to bark so much? First my neighbor said she barked because she didn't know my scent well it's three years and she knows everyone in my family! Do you think maybe she needs retilalin or something to calm her yippy yappy self down? I have reported it, everything. I am looking for that device that was advertised that's supposed to shut barking dogs up!
