pictures her???? What are you trying to say? Where do you want to upload your pictures? I mean For Personal Storage or Public (pasting your pictures to different forums)?

Avatar or picture for discussion ... ?
If just an avatar (profile picture), you can go to preference menu and upload your picture there, here the link:
http://www.mylot.com/nr/editcustomize.aspx
But if you want upload picture for discussion, impossible for you right now. You need at least 500 point/rating (number on the right of your name). Right now your point/rating less than 100, sorry
