Can someone help me on selling Ebooks?

Well I have an interest in creating and selling ebooks. What I need help with is some good topics and where to actually list them. I have to say that I started one on Eating healthy and I want to do a nice recipe one as well. I guess it is just one of those list and see things. I wanted to see if anyone on mylot could help me as well. Thanks

Selling eBooks - A step by step method of selling and creating eBooks.
Your discussion is confusing I don't quite understand what you are trying to say. You should all ready know what subjects and topics you would like to write. Where to list them I don't understand if you are talking about the eBooks or your drafts.
