Can Arsenal Finish in the Top Four of EPL?

Arsenal lost again today against not so fantastic Manchester United. This is the third straight defeat in 2012! At this juncture, one has to be realistic and assume that the team is unlikely to win the EPL this season. A more realistic target is for the team to manage to secure a UEFA champions league qualification spot and this can only be possible if the team finishes in the top four. Is this possible? Maybe yes if and only if there is radical change in the mentality of the players and more aggressive style of play. What becomes of Arsenal assuming Robin van Persie is injured and can't play?

Arsenal are only 5 points behind Chelsea, and there are 16 more matches to be played - of course it's possible! It's even possible for them to win the Premiership, even if that's not very likely to happen. As for the 4th place, I think it depends on how much time can Tottenham play at this high level they've shown this season. I think Chelsea is better than Arsenal right now, and they will finish higher in the tables. Arsenal has to fight with Tottenham and maybe Liverpool, which seem to be on the rise right now.

I think you made a good submission on this. It's likely that Spurs may slump and right now Liverpool is on the rise. What if Spurs did not slip and what if Liverpool continue to rise? That's why Arsenal's players and management have to be better focused to "get the job done"!

If Spurs keep on going like this and Liverpool improve their game even more, it will be the most difficult for Arsenal. Not only they won't finish 4th, but they might even lose the 5th place and the participation to Europa League as well...

It's even likely for Arsenal FC to finish in third position if the team continues the good run.

Might like it, Arsenal are now starting to lose mental champion because they have players who average younger. Mental result was that they have not honed. If only they had a lot of experienced players, maybe they can still compete. Now and next season if Arsenal remain on the management decision to give birth to the players, Arsenal have to accept that they will not be champion. If Robin Van Persie will miss Arsenal's injury may be sharp.
