I've been eating a lot of egg this last few days, i really don't know it's not my favorite but i just had a strange cravings for egg this days, In all foods that i ate i wish that it would have eggs, like in my soup i put some eggs, in my noodles too, i also like corned beef rolled in egg, even pork rolled in egg, almost all my fried foods i usually rolled in egg, but this happens only this last few days..
I'm not a health conscious type, but what would i get if i eat a lot of egg i might get egg overdose a friend told me?

I must admit that me and my family love eggs too specially during breakfast partnered with fried rice or simply with our famous bread "pandesal". We eat eggs almost everyday, I know it's not good but we can't help it
From what I've read the ideal egg consumption per week is 4...

Be careful - you might turn into a chicken! Ha ha ha!
Seriously - well, eating too much of anything isn't a good thing. But I suppose it's not terrible in the long run as you said this craving only lasts a few days.
They change information about eggs all the time . . . just a few years ago they said they cause high cholesterol problems - another says it does not and that eggs are not as "bad" as they used to say they were. I don't know what the current facts are, like I said, it's probably not good to eat tons of it. Eat in moderation, as anyone would say!
I love eggs too . . . I know what you mean! But yah, your friend is right . . . if you keep eating it, you just might get sick of them - and OD on them - ha ha!!

I never felt any bad effect of too much eating of boiled eggs. If I am not mistaken, there was a time that I've eaten 2 boiled eggs a day for 2 straight weeks. The eggs were prepared in the morning by my grandmother and I eat them in the office during breaks. She got this idea from a local radio show that she listens to every night. In the said show, the guest doctor says that consuming that much quantity of eggs will provide good cholesterol that the body needs. If I remember it right, that doctor also advised one of his patients which I think is suffering during that time of high blood pressure or of comatose to start eating 2+ eggs a day. The end result is that the health of that patient became normal. Other health problems were also made normal by the intake of eggs according to the said doctor.

That's a very eggy foods. LOL. Eggs, are good if you eat it on a regular basis.
As you can see, eggs contain a lot of good nutrition. One egg has about 80 calories with more than five grams of fat, so keep that in mind if you need to watch your fat and calorie intake. One egg each day is good, but eating three or four eggs everyday may add too much fat.
You can reduce fat by using one whole egg and extra egg whites if one egg just isn't enough. You should also poach, hard boil or scramble your eggs, don't fry them in butter. If you want your eggs sunny side up or over-easy, use a non-stick skillet without extra butter or oil. that way, you'll reduce fats.

You must be needing a lot of protein in your diet lately. I love eggs, too, but try to not eat quite so many because they are high in cholesterol, and it can clog the arteries if you eat too much over a long period of time. However, the egg white without the yolk has no cholesterol and is filled with protein. In my experience when I eat something over and over for a long period I will lose my desire for that food and not want to eat it again for a very long time.

Like all foods, eggs have their good and bad points. Eggs offer a good source of protein and iron. Both which are good for the body. But, eggs are also high in colesterol, which if allowed to get too high, isn't good for the body. In fact it's one of the number one reasons for heart problems such as clogged arteries.
You should have a more balanced diet, and limit your egg concupmption before you start developing irriversable health problems. A little bit of anything and everything is okay, but going overboard isn't all that healthy. You have to know your limits.
Perhaps reduce your egg concuption to once a day. Slow down and make sure you're getting a good balance of other foods. I'm not saying turn into a health nut and second-guess everything you eat. I'm saying be aware of how much you're taking in on a daily basis.
