what do you wear at night in cold?

Sometimes I have to work outside during some of the coldest nights in winter -- temps in the teens, wind chill in the single digits. Layers starting with silk as the base layer, than an assortment of PolarTec, Under Armour, Cuddle Duds, wool, etc., and top it off with a down jacket. I always wear a hat and gloves. It's a PITA to get dressed for the outdoors in winter. And I hike in winter, too. Best time to bushwhack. Same wardrobe.

Outside it is super cold so I wear a shirt, a sweatshirt, a hat, scarf and gloves. I am always cold usually anyway so I dress very heavy so I stay a little warmer!

I wear a nightdress and a warm cardigan. I take a hot water bottle to bed with me. My duvet is a 13 tog and you could try a 15 tog duvet. I have two warm blankets on my bed. Good luck feeling warmer in your bed. The coldest place was one in the outback in Western Australia. In the day it was warm and sunny. Then it went below freezing at night. I got dressed in three layers to go to sleep in my backpackers bed. Covering your head is a good idea to keep the warm in. Good luck.

I don't go outside when it's cold. I think mostly after 5 pm we stay inside. Winter boots, winter coat, scarf around the head, gloves and yes I still feel cold too (if I have to go out early in the morning). Even drive my car that way, with gloves.

I don't wear pajamas as I go to sleep similar with other people. Just plain shorts and tshirts will do for me...and I could sleep whatever whether we have in here. It's cold tonight but I am not worried since I have my comforter/blanket with me so that I will not feel cold. But even if it's hot outside, I will still use my comforter to cover me up. It feels like someone is hugging you...^^ Have a nice day!

If I have to go outside, I wear pants, sweater, jacket, scarf and a cap or a hooded jacket. But if I could just stay home, then I wear PJs, comfy sweatshirt and socks. Hot cocoa is optional.

I usually sleep in a long tee shirt,and I wear socks to keep my feet warm in bed. But if I am going outside I will wear pants and a warm sweater. I will wear a hood and neck scarf if it is extremely cold.

No matter what time of the year or what the temp is outside, I always wear just my birthday suit to bed with maybe a blanket or two is if gets too cold. I do not crank up the heat either. Outside I wear clothing that is right for the weather for the weather. If I were alone or it were the right place to do so I would wear my birthday suit out side but those places are hard to find.

If I am going outside and it is really cold, I wear a heavy coat, warm pants, warm shoes, and a pair of gloves to keep my hands warm. If I am staying inside and it is cold outdoors, thus colder in my house, I wear a pair of sweat pants and a warm shirt to sleep in. I also sleep with a heated blanket because I tend to get cold very easily.

good thing why i love my country is that temperature here is the same whether its summer nor winter, though it only becomes so hot during summer. so normally i sleep with just undies and shirt without sleeves on i know its freaking freezing in other country specially in london and US during winter.

I usually wear pajamas,sock and a sweatshirt, I always stay inside the house so I don't have to wear a super jacket since it's cold over here too,beside I always have my heater on so not the cold.

Yes it's winter time this month.I am living now here in Dammam KSA and when I walk to go on duty I should always wear jacket with me because the temperature is about 5 degree and when I go to sleep I wear pants,long sleeves and socks and I used two blankets to help me tolerate the cold climate.

Are you talking outside or inside..inside I am wearing a pair shorts and a tee shirt...Its never going to be cold in my home as long as I control the heat and have money to pay it...I truly dislike cold weather. I was born in the middle of June and love that weather... Outside is a different story....I wear boots, coat, hat, gloves, the whole 9.....But I have to wearing coats...and I surely don't like driving in a coat...its so uncomfortable... Give me warm weather....anything over 75...I'll gladly accept it...LOL
