Making Mylot Friends...

Hello russell. I made make a friend request to those mylotters who responds to me as if we are close. If he/she is kind to me and I think we'll be good friends so I add him. But I usually don't make friend request. They're the ones who add me.

The reason why you are here is partly due to socializing. Mylot is a social networking site and provide a conducive platform to foster new friendships globally. I don't see any barriers in making new friends. Just send your request to people here, especially those who responded to your discussions and to those you responded to. I am very sure that they will accept you in their circle. I have been here for over five years and I have already a thousand over friends.

hello Russell... Think of myLot as a life and then make friends... How do you make friends in real life??? You don't randomly ask anyone to be friends with you, right? Let it develope... I do not remember how I got so many good and real friends on myLot... We discussed things every now and then, and suddenly found that we were great friends. You can send requests to different people, and when they confirm it, you will get a notification e mail from myLot... Good Luck!!!! P.S.: The only thing to do is to post quality data here and people will know you then... Take care...

Hello russell_21, I have lot of friends here on MYLOT and the way i make friends here is very simple whenever i feel good to interact with someone or whenever i like someone's response i send him/her a FR. Normally i do accept all FRs which i get. These are the 2 ways by which i have made lot of friends here.

Hi russell_21! I am very much willing and open to those who wants to be friend with me in mylot. Everyday I receive a lots of friend request. I can say that people here in mylot are friendly. Since mylot is a website wherein people comment on the discussions, that way we can make friends here. I believe a very good way in order to maximize you friends here in mylot is basically to stay active in this website.

Hi russell_21.. Try to upload some cute pictures as your photo profile. Maybe you will get more friend requests :) To be honest, since I join mylot I only sent one request to someone that I don't know. I always get some requests everyday, just one or three. I think it is the bad side that we can leave comments to any discussions even when he or she is not listed in our friend list. So people seldom to add friends :(

Well, a lot of times on here, it is all about getting to know people. If there is someone who has responded back to your discussions and you appreciate their responses, you could ask them to be your friend. Then at the same time take time to want to respond back to the discussions that they have started so they in turn will want to take time to respond back to yours. It is about getting to know them and their interests. If you can remember this then you will be able to make some Great friendships and enjoy the site for what it truly is.

I think that the best way to find friends is through the discussions. Start discussions and talk to the members who respond to your discussions (= comment on their responses) that is a great way to get to know the other members better. When you respond to a discussion started by another member, talk to him or her if they comment to your response. If you read a discusission, a response or a comment that you like, visit the profile and send them a friend request if you would like to become friends with them. Notice the members who often respond your discussions and the members who start many discussions that you find interesting, that is a sign that you have something common and that you are interested in some of the same things. Let mylotters come to you. Think of posting good articles and respond to them accordingly. If you start a discussion, make sure you keep track of it and give response to those who respond to your topic. By doing this you will make friends. You can also add those who have responded to you.

Hi there russell_21 Well I add new friends that I encounter in every discussions that I respond to or make.There's just so many people here in mylot that you wouldn't run out of prospective friends.Just try to find the people that interests you or share the same view as yours.This is what I am doing every time I feel like I want to add any new friends to my profile.

You do not have to worry about getting friends here in Mylot. Just try to respond and comments on discussions that you find interesting and soon you will find some people wanting to be your friends. You can also invite them to be your friend.

Hello russell. I am a friend to everyone. Actually we are friends. So, it has alot to do with your interests, and what things you like. I have mostly christian friends, not just on mylot, but in life. I tend to think that the quality of discussions have something to do with it. Be more proactive in discussions, and you will get more responses. Look at how many posts you have, compared to mine. I have been with mylot for over a month and you only 3 weeks. How many friends you have is ultimatly up to you. Have a good time on mylot and just be proactive my mylot friend. :) :)
