Well it really depends, you should be brave enough to face whatever consequence that you will get by choosing to tell him your feelings. Do you know the person that he likes?..if he tell you her name maybe you are not the one he like but i think if he is not telling you the name of that girl there are some possibility that you are the girl that he like. I think you feel comfortable to him because both of you are always together and he know all the things about you. For me,when i'm with someone that i trust and know everything about me, i feel comfortable to him.
