Friends i had heard from some peoples that if some thing nasty consumed with our daily foods, our complete body gets reacted, Like if we consume Milk first and then if we eat any other sour substances our body cells get a different type of reaction, or you can say allergic, so friends why this happns ? can you please tell, and what should be eaten daily for a good health.....
