overweight problems

Health and Fitness - Eating healthy diet is a great way of losing weight, but with less exercise, the result will not be as promising as you wanted. But how could you do them both at the same time when you barely have time?

I dont eat much, but still I am having problems regarding my physical fitness. I am overweight compared to my ideal weight based on my age and height, but i don't eat much, I don't regularly exercise though because I really have no time, my only way of exercising is to do some household chores, and after a few minutes or about an hour, I spend all my time researching and studying. Do you guys have any advice or suggestions for me to follow so i could atleast lose pounds? Thank you very much!

I just suggest you to reprogram yourself for success mentally through goal setting. you also can change your eating habits permanently though a nutritious solution that burns fat automatically. You can eat more meals but less food. You can mix different fruits and vegetables you like and make it sure that you are not adding any sugar into your mix juices. You need to learn the nutritional value, you may mix different kinds of fruits like banana, apple, orange keep it before your regular meals, most ideal before lunch and dinner. Doing exercise is another part of avoid from overweight, just start to do a simple exercise makes your body sweat and burns your fat. This could sound tiring but this will keep you in good shapes and this will help you avoid having loose skin after losing your weight.Increase your exercising period day to day and its really can works. Go for a walk is also a better suggestions. Walk 20 to 3o minutes per day. Try to avoid taking too much food at night, even you are eating a lot at noon. Avoid eating a high calories foods like cake, chicken, and so on.

i have the same prob as shimi's and i guess that my mind setting to lose weight is weak. I don't have a nutritious program to follow and I don't exercise as well. losing weight is soooo difficult! I really lack discipline which is vital to losing weight!

i guess its in your genes like if your family also have overweight then dont be surprise if you also, though why not try to cut some food like instead of having 3 cups of rice make it 2 cups of rice each meal and etc. my problem is the same though somehow reversed, im not overweight but i feel so skinny though i eat a lot but i still feel that i didnt gain any weight and im still the same. a lot says maybe my metabolism is so fast thats why though they said i should be thankful coz im not that fat though they said im not that skinny but i still feel one coz ive been with this since i was in high school and i really want to add weight.

for you homeshopper, I suggest that you eat nutrition bars. It helps gain weight. And shimi, i think it's because of lack of exercise. I too has that exact same problem. I don't eat much. I actually eat so little food but I'm gaining weight because I don't have time to exercise. And true, it's in the genes also. My family in my mother side are big so I also have the tendency to be one and I hate it! LOL. So good luck to us both!

I suggest drink lots of water. Have five small healthy meals each day rather than three ordinary or large sized meals. Have as many pieces of fruit and vegetables as you like. I recommend a Zumba dancing class twice a week. It feels like fun yet it is very good exercise. You could get that music and dance around whilst doing your housework. When you wake up in the morning before getting up you could do some exercises. At the weekend try walking, running or cycling. Good luck.

You should try eating more fruits and vegetable and more fiber for it can aids faster metabolism. You can do other exercise while at home like yoga. Try outdoor like riding a bicycle with friends or go swimming.

the best thing you can do is to go to an endocrinologist. i don't eat much also and i exercice and i was gaining weight.i was to a endocrinologist adviced by a family friend who is a doctor and i found that my real problem was thyroid gland disfunction.if you don't find the reason of gaining weight ,keeping diets is useless.

I can relate. I don't eat alot, and well i wont lie xD im a gamer so that would explain my lack of exercise. Tho the past 2 weeks i cut out the soda and have been sticking with things like arizona tea, juice and water, and during the evening every night i go out for a 15-20 min jog. ill probly jog out longer after about another week. my eating habits are like i eat once or twice a day. i dont normally feel hungry but i do eat something to make sure i get something in my system. normally i buy things like yogurt or carrots to snack on for when i do get hit with cravings. and i include rice in all my meals when i do eat. i somehow lost like 6 inches off my waist line which was a it of a shocker to me tho since i started doing this. it doesnt seem right to me but whatever lol hopefully i can pick up the pace and jog out longer tho cuz this is a pretty good start i think.

You said that you don't eat much but you are still gaining weight. Then what about the drinks that you take? Do you consume a lot of soda and sugary drinks? If the answer is yes, then I would suggest that you cut down on these and drink more water. Also check on how much salt there is in your diet since salt also makes us look and feel bloated. There are other hormonal factors to be considered if you are gaining weight for no reason. I would also suggest to get a check up just to make sure.

the real only way to loose weight is to watch your diet and to exercise. walk for exercise and drink plenty of water (which fills you up so you eat less.)

In fact sometimes I think that the weight has the hereditary. For example, it seems I eat a lot but it is still too difficult for me to gain more weights. I am still thin anyway. In fact doing the housework is a good idea to lose weight. At least it is still a kind of exercises. Perhaps you shall find more ways to do extra exercises. Such as everyday I go to work and go home on foot. It spends me about half an hour and this is my daily exercise. Besides, you shall eat more vegetables rather than meats. And do not skip the breakfast. Have a good sleep as I heard that it will have an effect on you to gain more weights if you don't have enough sleep. I love China

You will need to examine what you are eating and what is in the food you do eat. You also need to make sure you are not starving your body as that could cause your body to just store the calories you are taking in when you do eat. As well as not eating enough could cause you times of over eating which isn't good either. Exercise is key, you need to find time to do it as diet alone will not do the job.

Your problem is you don't eat much so your body is used to less food. The less you eat the more economic it's working. So it's hard for you to lose some weight. My advice is not to eat carbohydrate anymore. You will mostly find this in: bread, pizza, cookies, pie, cakes, pasta, potatoes etc. Also don't use sugar!

hello shimi well i am not an expert regarding this but yes i can suggest you somrthing as i had the same kind of problem previously. you should be knowing that "eating" is not the sole reason for gaining weight. specially in women body there are different issues that affect one's weight. due to accumulation of toxic to large extent can increase your weight, due to your diet you can have increased weight. for this i have been advised to intake 2-3 liters of water regularly.this will help you wash all your toxic from the body.do your house chores as this will also be effective. take care.

overweight is a very big problem. but if you are little overweight that not means you are having some healthy foods. if you wanna loose your weight just have some nutrition meals like juice and green veg and soups etc. and regular exercise will give you shape. so just consider on that

I have my overweight issues, too. I;ve had all my life and as I get older it gets worse. I promised myself to start eating better and try to lose a little weight this year. So far I have hit a wall. I need to eat less, less junk food, less sweets, more fruit and veggies! Not to mention less deep fried food. I also don't exercise because I just don't! All I can say is if I knew how to take it off and keep it off I would tell you in a heartbeat!

Hello friend, Exercise is best treatment for overweight people but according to your problem you do not have time for exercise so you have to control your diet .. About diet Breakfast is most important diet in our routing life so take breakfast everyday with good healthy foods and take your lunch as you doing normal but main think try to avoid dinner or take very less because after dinner most of people go to sleep and that is main reason for increasing weight.. If you take your dinner then do not take fatty foods and do in less amount.. But must say if you have time then do exercise and walking is best exercise for overweight people ..

hello there friend! I guess it's in our genes, some people really eat a lot but they don't gain weight. It must have something to do with metabolism, ours is slow while others were born lucky to have a fast metabolism. maybe we need to work harder than usual to lose weight.

Well, all I can suggest is to find a kind of safe weight-loss foods or make some time for little exercise routines. Just doing chores alone may feel like more exercise than they are and you may not be getting enough physical routines in the day. Could be genes, but sounds more like busy persons weight gain. People who are so busy ridden that they can't find time to do even moderate exercise. Don't feel bad though, it is isn't uncommon. Just try to make time whenever you can and see how that works out. And there's safe natural ways too in foods, drinks, and supplements that may take a bit of dedication but tend to pay off. Just avoid those "lose weight fast" programs. They aren't worth it and may carry nasty side-effects.
