Can't Download Anymore

As long as the server or the domain wasn't located/registered in USA, I think it would be just fine. So, I think my favorite local file sharing, Indowebster, should be in a relative safe situation now.. :P

this is so sad.. I have not downloaded Iron Man 2 yet!!!! I am getting anxious. I need to download lots of movies before its too late!!!

thats the power of SOPA/PIPA.. most likely all file sharing sites will be closed due to the fact that most of them tend to become medium for piracy. everyone on the net will definitely be affected, most specially those who downloads stuff from the net.

As the surfer said about photobucket and imageshack, soon they would put restrictions on other websites too like facebook or youtube that only the uploader of the picture or video can only view or download them. And that might happen soon if we all people fails to rise against those stupid laws. I used to use these file-sharing to share my projects and practical lab work with my classmates. I used to upload screenshots of the notebook in which our college classwork or lab-work was done so that the student who was absent in the class can download them and do self-study. But now, according to the restrictions, the notes which I used to share with my whole class wont be available to them. When US government took megaupload down, and was about to pass to SOPA and PIPA bill, all the netizens throughout the world make their voice as ONE and went against the bill. Due to the unity of people, government rejected SOPA and PIPA. So,dont worry, every one has to go through ups and downs during their life and now, its the time of these websites and i hope that the file-sharing websites would win this fight and come back with full force.

Oh that so bad. Is your charger's cord is sparking? You must go for repairingthe computer before it get mire damages. You have written that there is warranty period for the computer then it good you will not have to pay for it. 6-12 weeks it too long time you might have got the wrong message, it must be days because a compqnh like best buy delay like this who will trust them. Even simple repair shop here take few days mainly 2-3 to get job done say they have too much of work load then they need more time but 10-12 days is more then enough. It is hars to live without computer now since we had gone habitual. I think you will need to as there is no way of work out. I wish hou good luck.

You can format your computer as soon as possible. i think your computer is virus affected. so you search the torrent and check your wanting subject.

If you are going to download/upload popular files with large sizes, why not try torrents? Yes this file sharing sites seem to be dying but I hardly use them. From where we are, we use dropbox for sharing of files between groups, mediafire for the same reason with sites similar to megaupload, and torrent sites when downloading media files. The thing is that none of these sites offer a way to earn revenue which is most probably the big deal with them closing.

i wonder when will FBI closing image sharing sites such as imageshack and photobucket... by the time that happen internet will be a boring place because everybody must host their image on their own server...
