Printing coupons online....need help..

I have been printing coupons on line from a few different sites for a long time. Now, suddenly, the coupon printer programs that they have you download..DON"T WORK!!! I remove the old version, download the new, restart and nothing. It is this way for all three printer options...coupon.com, coupon printer..and I forget the other one. I do everything they say to do and still...it won't print the coupons. And the thing it...once I click print...it assumes that I have printed those coupons and with the limit...I loose the coupons cause you can only print 2 of each coupon. I have contacted the printer site as well as the site I am on getting the coupons and of course,get the text book solution, which of course, doesn't work or I have already tried/done.
So..anyone else have this problem? IF so, what have you done to fix it? If not..any suggestions? I have windows XP and use Mozilla ISP. And like I said, I know these programs work on m PC as I've been using them for some time...and this is not the first time this has happened. Happens every other month or so and I never find out the WHY. It just seems to do it on its own. I am not a bigtime Internet user....no games and all that stuff...just some blogs, Mylot and things like that so it isn't a problem of over use or shortage of disk space etc.

It sounds more to me like the problem is between your computer and your printer than with the software. Have you tried printing any other documents yet?

Yes, it prints other things just fine. It is only on the coupon sites and that program they all use...coupon printer, coupon activator...

You're (almost) my printing twin!
I have an XP Windows; there was a short period of time I could print (fi your's coupons.com, the main site?). And so frustrating!
I have downloaded the printer software multiple times, and nothing happens after installation. :(I don't have another printer/computer to use.
I also tried contacting the www.coupons.com customer service/help and they have never responded to me. I tried on AOL (my main), then FIREFOX, then INTERNET EXPLORER, and it seems to act as if I have printed it, but never did.
I even had my entire hard drive cleaned out by Best Buys witih no change in printing coupons. Argh.
Hope we can find some answers!

:o( At least they got back to you (though sounds like an auto send-out). It must be because they are such a huge company, they don't bother to getting back to any of us. I bet many just give up too. But I do need to save every cent, and so it is frustrating.
Let's let each other know if anything is solved.

I'm still stumped. www.coupons contacted me and told me the usual and I responded with "i did all that" kind of thing, but havn't heard from them since.

Bout all it was! Thing is... it always worked in the past...even just last month! Now I get no coupons!

You might try printing coupons from another computer and printer, as that has worked at times for me. It bugs me when a coupon won't print and lately that has been a big problem. I'm not sure why these companies offer a printable coupon, then make us jump through hoops to get it.

I don't have any other computer/printer to use. Yeah, they sure do makes us jump hoops for a few pennys, don't they!

I've had that problem before too. Sadly because I have not had money to buy ink I haven't had to deal with any problems in the past year or so. I think if I recall the problem was with the coupon printer drivers, but I don't know how to fix it.
I do know though if someone puts a link up to a good coupon that alot of times they've also printed the alotted 2 prints and you are s.o.l. I've ran into that problem.

Alot of the places i print coupons from send them to you as a pdf. I go to Smartcanucks.ca for coupons and i rarely install the coupon printers because i dont want to end up with a virus or spyware. A little paranoid i know but...better safe than spending more!
Theni go to sites like save.ca websaver.ca and gocoupons.ca livingwell.ca or maybe its wellness.ca for coupons. Most of these are mailed though not printable.

I'd just as soon use PDF. I am cautious too about spyware and all! I haven't heard of those site you mention and will check them out. Thanks so much
