India should stop playing cricket!

ya indian team is performing very poor this time, but don't worry they will bounce back not in test then at-least in 20 20 format.they are going on breaking millions of hearts but one century by little master will fill the void.

It is natural phenomena that for every trough there will be one crest so team India is going through a crest phase and we hope that they will make a come back . India is the present world cup champion and we should not forget that effort . some times luck and time may not be favorable so hope that team will come back strongly very soon and we all will able to enjoy the match well.

That's true but we should thank Indian team for their performance because thay have saved lot of energy and man hours that could have been lost in watching the cricket. What we can do in future is avoid even watching games those are played in India so if they won't get any spectators the money chain would be broken. I wish Indian cricket team to play even worse and we get attention to other games.

No, I don't think there is any point in your question. It is not easy for a country to stop playing a certain game all of a sudden and especially because they are performing poor. Yes, Zimbabwe had self-exiled themselves, if I am not in mentioning that. But it cannot happen with a country like India that has the richest cricketing board of the game. However, I do agree with madugulagopi, that it is time India really had a look at their overseas records. I am afraid we are staring at the eighth consecutive Test loss away from home. In that case, we can say that India should stop playing overseas cricket only. But on second thoughts, again that is not possible. Had you raised this question nine months ago when India won the World Cup? We had won series against England here in India 5-0 when Yuvi was in great touch. Then we traveled to New Zealand and beat them in their own backyard - again a 5-0 win. A lot of such mentions can be made where even the commentators said that Dhoni can do nothing wrong. The show cannot stop just because fans like you are influenced by the losses. And yes, the game is on oxygen, but as an year ago it was on the top, mark my words, it will again be.

yes friend indian team play very badly now a days and i also lost my interest in cricket and now i do not watch cricket match because i know the result .i think india have to practice on pitches of Australia to play a good cricket .but we were fans of indian cricket team and we can do nothing but only watch

They broke everybody's heart. They should stop playing and come back to home. And start practicing for upcoming IPL series because that is the place where they play more than expectations. Because they play for money.

India Should stop playing cricket outside India especially on the pitches which help swing and pace. If they want to increase their stats on the abroad then they can always play in Srilanka and Bangladesh. That is how we came till the 1st position. Remember the days where we used to have a lot of matches with Srilanka and followers got really mad looking at those matches. Unfortunately people forget all these things once IPL comes into play this April and again start filling the stadiums and our players pockets. If tendulkar hits the much awaited century then that would be the topic to discuss by everyone and our dismal performance would be cleaned by Sachin's record yet once again.

I don't think you lost interest in cricket. If you had lost the interest then you have not posted the discussion here. I want to make few correction in your discussion you should told INDIA must stop playing the test cricket out of country instead of whole cricket. I think even bangladesh people have not disappointed like this what we INDIAN are with team. Well this team deserve this.
