I have seen alot of people recommending just been paid the online money making programme, but I am of the believe that it is a scam as they ask you to pay $10 first in order to earn from commission or from the website and they do not accept paypal.
What do you guys think of this site?

I have been hesitant to join this program simply because I have "heard" that it won't last forever as they claim it will. However, when they offered the $10 to new member who joined, I took advantage of that. But, if you read the terms, new members who have taken advantage and signed up to get the "$10 free", you can use that money to purchase a position in the tripler.....the catch is, the $10 will be debited to the account after 60 days. You'll have to do the math yourself but it's 2% per day on that $10 for 60days and then you'll have $10 subtracted from your earned balance. You'll have to buy a position in order to cash out the remaining balance. It's my opinion that things have been slowing a bit for the program so they introduced this offer to entice new members.....giving some credibility to what I've read about the eventual collapse of the program. I know people who have invested hundreds and have gotten a decent return. Myself, I'm skeptical and have no interest in investing my own hard earned funds. I'll wait to see what happens with my "free $10 sign up" after the 60 days........

It is sort of an investment program. So basically you would earn in that site if you invest. It's not a scam I have been paid by them many times. And if you try to visit their site, you would see a lot of payment proofs from members.
