Today i got up at 11 in the morning. It is worth mentioning here that i fell asleep at 12 midnight(approx) last night.
As i woke up i felt that my back was aching severely.
Last night i was alright but since today's morning i am experiencing severe pain.
I just thought to share it with you guys here and ask you to share your experience and tell how long have you slept (maximum) in one go.
:)

Now I know why my back is aching! I can sleep 6-8 hours but if it is more than 9 hours the my back will ache. I think we also need an exercise to prevent our back to ache and also proper bed position.

It depends on the day since I am a studentIf I have classes I sleep normally about 4-6 hours of sleep depending on the my schedule. I have morning classes in MWF and Saturdays so I have to wake up early making my sleep short. Every TTH my classes are still in the afternoon so I have more hours to sleep.
I also suffer body aches when I wake up after a long hours of sleep. This is because maybe our body is not moving always and just stagnant especially when we are not doing the right position of sleeping.

I normally sleep 8-9 hours a day. But sometime it crosses this limit.Dont know why but I have noticed that when I sleep more than 8 hours, I feel sleepy all the day. Sometimes I suffer from severe headache after a long sleep. But usually I love to sleep as it is one of my favorite pastime.LOL.
