I saw it in the mirror, I didn't believe it, I got on the scale and it read the same. But the person I saw in the mirror had sags and bags never seen before. What could happened? Then it came to me. This was a full length mirror, I was of course trying on cloths and somehow I had morffed into another body. I even stood up straight, sucked everything in, held my head high, there was no escaping it a shape changer had taken over. Have you been there yet? Watch out it will sneak up on you also.

I am still young, so I think that it will be a while before this really does happen to me. But, I know that it will. I do know that there are times that I look in the mirror and I really don't recognize myself. I attribute a lot of that to the fact that I'm getting a little bit older, but mostly to the stress that I've been through during the last year of my life. That, in my opinion, is the one thing that has made me start aging the fastest.

Stress is always our enemy but if you have a job then chances are you've got stress.

oh I know, it really does, when I was young I was so skinny, so much so I actually went on a get fat diet which did put on a little but somewhere along the way something went wild and now I just wish I was skinny again...maybe we are too hard on ourselves.

I don't have a full length mirror, maybe for the best cuz if what I saw in it made me faint then when I came too I'd have a heck of a time getting back up.
