Do you pay attention to the websites you visit when clicking ads on PTC sites?

For those of your who use PTC sites to earn extra cash online, no matter which one you use, do you pay attention to and browse the websites you are visiting? Or, do you just click, wait, and move on... just to earn money and not caring what websites are being advertised to you? This is something I am wondering about, as I am considering placing ads on PTC websites for others to view in hopes to get some referrals or something other than simply page views.
