Video tagging software

Need a little help. Is there is any video editing software, that i can edit name or e-mail in the whole video, while playing. I just want to insert name and e-mail in the whole video while playing. need a A HIGH QUALITY VIDEO SOFTWARE.

you can use windows movie make on it. they have featured some transactions that you can put you name. . or a title you want wherever you want..

I do not know much about video editing software, which I know only Movie Maker and Nero!
