None, they sit and wait indefinitely for the free market to do it. How many private utilities does it take to change a lightbulb? One, but it cost thousands in dividends all the best urban

You forget to mention the thousands of investors that gave you the private utility. They are the ones that see that you have the electricity to light the light bulb.

Err no, they stole it off us. That thief, Margaret Thatcher stole our utilities and gave them to private investors and I received no recompense. Back to school for you boy all the best urban
