How did you learn to dance?

I have never been a good dancer. In fact, I always try not to dance at parties, moreover, I try to avoid going to parties because of that. I'm not a fan of crowded places full of people dancing with excessively loud music.
I have always been embarrassed of not being able to dance. I'm still not planning on learning to dance anytime soon, because, as I've said, I'm not a fan of parties in general.
What do you think of this? How and when did you learn to dance (if at all)? Do you think it's something necessary to be a goo dancer?

Mmm... I don't dance neither in public nor when I'm alone with myself. I guess I'm just not into it.
Not being able to dance in public because you're shy is somewhat like the problem I'm having. I get a bit shy and embarrassed that I can't seem to loosen up like everyone else.
It's not like I care very much about it, but I just wanted to know your opinions. So thanks for sharing yours.
Have a nice time myLotting!

I think everybody knows how to dance, It's just that we are not a good dancer or the one who do have a great move. When I was in college we usually dance because that is needed for our school presentation. but then I think I am good into those party dance wherein no one will instruct me to follow a step.

Good for you. I'm not sure why, I just get tense and can't seem to loosen up like everyone else seem to be. I guess I just wasn't born to dance. It's not like I'm at a party everyday anyways, so I guess it doesn't matter much.
