so Sunday i go away for 3 hours come back to my apartment to find that the maintenance man had to replace the seal in my toilette it was leaking down stairs then he comes back Monday there's still a leak we find out the new hot water valve he put in my tub last week is leaking he replaced that then we find out my drain in the tub is leaking fix that now ive been informed i need a new bathroom floor from all this so 3-4 days of using a shower somewhere else and the public restroom downstairs. such fun....
