5 year old in India feeds on dogs milk

I want to know your views on something shocking that I've come to know recently.. A five year old in India has been forced to feed on dog's milk for almost a year now.. I want to know what do you think about this?? also what do you think has led someone to do this?? So desperate.

i don't know the whole story behind this news, but i assume that they were so poor they cannot afford milk for their children, so they do what they can to feed their children. It sad to read this... maybe the government should help with this condition.

politicians in India has no time looking for this.. they are all busy filling their pockets with cash.. I hate f***ing politicians..

yeah... same thing with our politician here. Several weeks ago our politician decided that they need an expensive german made chair for their meeting room and it cost like $2,400 per chair and the total cost were crazy... while some of our bridges collapse and after investigation, it turns out that it never been maintained. Politician sucks...
