Online Shopping? Is it really safe?

Then, how I am left with zero funds on my debit card without a tracking number, and without my order being even shipped? They do not even check the whole logged history for a certain order. I got charged a good amount of money and they said they didn't.

I see by your response to cher913 that you are dealing with Amazon LLC which is a subsidiary of amazon.com. Did you place an order with a seller that lists with amazon.com? Well, I have contacted them. All items where Fulfilled by Amazon.com hence, all items are from the amazon warehouse. The problem is not about shipping and all. Some error happend when sending authorization for the order to my bank, plus the stupidity of amazon representatives, because I was debited and yet the items can't be shipped because they claimed authorization never came in. Yet, clearly the bank statements reflected a charge from Amazon which debited the total amount I needed to pay. Therefore, I want my money back in my account, so I can order what I wanted. So, I am resorting to what is needed.

Thank you for your response! But yeah, i have been ordering from amazon.com LLC for awhile now, sadly, this week I had so much headache that my order got errors and it wasn't shipped but I got charged the full amount and I have been debited as well.
