I met a tourist at Kathmandu. He was an Italian. I talked to him. He was an aged person. I told him in your age traveling is risky. He replied his life becoming short.
So he had to run first. How energetic the person was.
Where there is will force age can't be barrier to fulfill ones desire.

Hello Bhanusb. I am delighted that even though the Italian man was very old he didn't let age stand in his way of going to Kathmandu. I am delighted that he acted in an energetic way. Often it is how old a person feels rather than his or her actual age that matters. I suggest traveling overseas at any age. I am lucky that I have already done much traveling to different countries. I hope that when I am very old I will still be traveling. After age 80 I imagine travel insurance will be expensive but the trips will be worth the expense. Nobody knows how long he or she will live so I suggest live for the moment now. Travel if you are able to do so and if not it is worth saving up for to do in the future.

What's the point in stopping enjoying life just because you are 'old'? I very much hope that when I am old that I will kee having wonderful experiences. If you can afford to have fun and travel, then you may. As well do because you can't take the money with you when you die and you should live life to the fullest.

Last year I had the pleasure to meet a wonderful gentleman in a cafe from Crotia.
he too was older and the knowledge he taught me was like him being an walking encyclopedia.
We spent one to two days a week while he was in our city for the winter. He said he did not like the cold with age.
He owned his fathers house he grew up in and said almost the whole house was closed off except what he lived in.
But the history and love of his country I could not have traded for anything.
I love learning so we sipped over coffee and tea and were the best of friends while he was here.
Have a wonderful day.

I agree. I hope I never allow my age to keep me from doing the things I want to do with my life. Although I am 39 years old I do not feel my age. I still feel the same way I did when I was a teenager. In fact many people don't even believe me when I tell them my age. So as long as I don't look or feel my age I'm going to keep right on doing the same things I've been doing, because your Italian traveler was right, life really is too short.
