Hi mylotters!!
I would like to know if any of you pass on certain discussions.
Discussions that you think might be deleted? There are always certain discussions that I am certain will be deleted. And usually if I try it any ways, then I get the notification that it had been deleted! My biggest surprise on the deleted discussions are when they were on a top discussions. Then all of the hard work with the answers is just gone...

Hi ladygator, How can you tell what discussion are going to be
deleted...How do you know and the person who posted the discussion
dosen't realize and if they do then why post the discussion...
But fortunately none of my post have been deleted...I do agree
that after responding to a post your your true feelings or knowledge
and it gets deleted...its kind of a bummer!!!!!
The only thing I would say to you, is since you have the knowlwdge
of post that will eventually be deleted, then I would not even respond
to them...That way you will not fill a sense of hard work gone to waste..
Have a wonderful day....

Hi there,
Thank you for responding to my discussion I really appreciate it! The way I know if it will most likely be deleted is what is in the content. If it talks about making money in such a way that it promotes another site. Or if it is in the wrong category. Or if it has inappropriate content. Usually in the money interest, and intimate interest.

dear m ylotters you are missing something here. there is
info rmation to tell us just what will be deleted it is in the guidelines and it tells explicitly what the do nots are so instead of just guessing take the time to read what will always be deleted. you miss the instructions so to speak on the dos and do nots of making discussions.we can talk about most anything but we do have
rules, instructions so to speak, and why not read them for yourselves that way you get the true information. ask a newbie who most likely has never read the guidelines and you will not get true information.nowhere in the rules does io say a discussion will be deleted because its in the wrong interest, that is another falsehood newbies like to pass around. read the real guideline here and know the rules. it will pay you to do that.

yes I pass on a lot of the discussions but sometimes if someone looks like they need help or support I do it anyway knowing it will probably be deleted but then I am still confused over some that still get deleted.

Hi!
Yes I agree with you 100%. I will also comment on just a few.
And then low and behold it gets deleted. The bummer is when they are top discussions. You would not expect that, Or at least I would not expect it.

hi you both have enough points to show you have been here awhile but do not you think to read the guidelines where it shows the rules
I mean why guess read the information about what will get a discussion deleted then you can know by seeing a discussion that it broke one of the do nots, forewarned is forearmed. the info is there for us to read and they want us to read it before we start p osting discussions so we know what we are doing.

I have read the rules a few times, but sometimes I think that they can me mis-interpreted. I think that I have only had two discussions deleated and that was because they were not accepted in the catergory that I had started them in. I actually didnt agree, but oh well. I need to be more carefull regarding the catergory I place my discussion under.

Thank you so much for your advice.

There have been many times I have passed on certain discussions not sure if they will last or not, and would rather pass then respond back to them and have them get deleted. You never know for 100% sure when a discussion will get deleted, but it can be interesting when they are in the TOP Discussion as well.

I agree with you. But it does seem that making money is deleted most of the time. Yes it is a big surprise when top discussions are deleted. Its only recently begin to answer.

Hi ladygator! I usually don't pass discussions that interest me even if they do have the potential of being deleted.
I have noticed that there are sometimes "Top Discussions" that end up getting deleted and I have wondered how that happens too.

I got notifications regarding this but never paid attention to which discussions got deleted. To me, it's only a waste of time to search which one was deleted. Instead, I went on trying to respond to a new or go back to early discussion.

Hi!
Sometimes I will check back, but mostly I wont. Since usually I get an idea prior to it happening because of what the question or comment has something that is not what its supposed to be.

Hello Lady,
It happened many times that after knowing it that the particular discussion will get deleted still i responded. This is because i could not resist myself to respond to those discussions and yes sometime it hurts when the responses get deleted but most of the time i don't care if the response get deleted.

hi ladygator if I find discussions that seem to be polling all of us and nobody has responded I too b y pass it as sure as shooting I respond to that polling type I will lose my response. it becomes
second nature after awhile to pick out the ones with the poll type discussions and just bypass them and save your posts.

Hey ladygator. I tend to respond to discussions that interest me. I have passed on a few that I think may get deleted. I try to make myself familiar with the guidelines for discussions and don't worry so much about whether other people's discussions will be deleted but whether or not any that I start will be deleted.
