Living and Surviving.
There is a difference between living and surviving. Doing everything constantly everyday is surviving. While making changes in one's life is living.
Many would say that doing something that is out of order is unhealthy. But what is life for you if you're not enjoying it? What is it if you're not happy at all? There are many bad things in living without any schedule but there is nothing bad if you're only doing it sometimes. One can live at the same time survive. It's like having a short vacation from work.
Surviving is a good thing. It is luxury that the poor cannot afford everyday but they strive to reach it in order to stay alive. However, surviving alone makes an empty life where you will only think of what to do next while doing what you had already planned beforehand. An example of this is that of a life of a certain businessman that became successful because he follows his plans to the letter. While he works, he plans for where to eat after work. While going to the restaurant, he's planning what to eat as main course. While eating his main course, he's planning his dessert. While eating his dessert, he plans how to spend the rest of the day. And this goes on and on.
If I were to ask you, how do you make your life? Are you living it or surviving it?

I am living my life. I have a purpose in life and that purpose determines my mission and goals in life and how I conduct my day to day life. While I take care of myself well, living my life essentially means taking care of others even more and being actively concerned with the world - of people and nature - and contributing to its well-being the best way I can.
