Do you remember those video game secrets?

You found the first warp zone in Super Mario Bros 2 or when you happened upon -1 in the original SMB? Or discovered those weird secrets in SMB3? Or those number of secret messages in the original Unreal? I remember as a kid playing these games and discovering these bits, and at the time it was surprising. Today it carries more a cherised nostalgic memory.
What are your favorite video game memories, in particular, your favorite video game secrets memories?

It is the KONAMI code. A few of konami game used that code. One of them is my favorite. It is a code in super Contra where you could get 30 lives. I think with out that code, it is impossible to finish the game. I never found anyone who able to do that.

I remember ROBOCOP versus TERMINATOR secret in SEGA GENESIS. In stage 2, you can jump to someplace in the stage and enter a place where at that place you will become god like and cannot be killed. Your move become really fast. This is one of the two way to end the game. The other way, is using cheat while pausing : CCAABBCCAABB. You will get 54 lives that way ( But you go back to the 1st stage after using this cheat ). The game was too hard without the cheat. Now most secret come in DLC, as for me, i prefer mod made by other user than a crappy DLC.
