Help me to pay out in Mturk

Hai friends,this is Murali from India,i earned around $30 in Mturk but dont know how to withdraw that money.In Mturk they are asking few proofs like passport or EPIC or Pan card.I have Pan card and EPIC but my current residing address and address in those cards is different,is it necessary that both the addresses should be same or someone please explain me what is the real procedure.

Yes this problem is also arising in my brother's account. They are not accepted and I received a message the address is not match when I upload election card then when I upload my brother's PAN card they said not stamp of Govt. of India. Now I not understand how he will withdraw the money. He asked me but I have no solution because mturk is strict and both address will be change but you can write the message in contact us and tell them your original address and elections card address is changed.
