do you show your real me?

Hello.. I have been a myLotter for years.. yes, I have written every detail of my life here... Many of them, if they knew it was 'me', would know the whole story... I have started all the discussions based on my life and problems... I use a nickname to hide my real identity, as I don't want some unfriendly people to know a few things... :) I Love myLot and I love sharing here.. .I get the best suggestions and advice... I thank myLot...

I don't show the whole me on Mylot. I like to hide a few things about myself here. I am on Facebook and everyone of my friends knows me and I am not scared to show my true colors on there! I will not go on any other sociacl sites because they scare me and I don't trust them. Like dating sites.

Dear Fannita, I am a freelance writer. I am very comfortable with myself. When I use social sites, I always show my real me. I am genuine, honest and real.

Not at all, I show a part of me and my other side. I do have a lots of personality and my personality depends on who I am and when it comes to my mood.

Oftenly, we don't show our realities on the social sites, but it is a cheat act. One can show his/herself in some real too at least with images, works and ideas.

yes that is true .. i agree with you. but in my case i am the "real " me. but yes it also depends on the site that you are using. in facebook or other social networking sites people tend to fake themselves many times. but when you are in sites like this myLot.com there is no scope of faking oneself and if people do it, it does not matter also. what matters is that you are doing the work what you are here for.

I am sure we have had many here even in myLot over the yrs. I have been here, and we probably still have some who are quite active as well. I know there are some on Facebook for sure, and some always feel that they need to be in control. Personally I am not afraid to share the real me here, and feel all experiences I share are from my learning experiences for sure.

both are parts of me. in person i always try to be tolerant and lowly. there are something that i should not do or should not say even if i want to. i have to control myself in dealing with the people around me. it is in the social networks that i can shout out and express everything that i cannot say in person. like for example, i cannot curse or say bad words in person but i can shout it out in my fb status.

When I am angry in the real world I have the liberty to express it in whatever way that pleases me but here I have to be restricted and so I cannot say I am my real self here!

What do you mean by showing your real me??? How can I show you I can only show myself or? I don't feel the temptation every to play a role, already if someone says I have to play my role I feel sick. I am who I am and people have to accept me for what I am. If you can't it's fine, just pass me (or my door). Who you are I can't say but I assume since you start this subject you are not always straight (to the point) or you play a role.

Yes, I am. It's hard for me to pretend to be someone else. I am who i am. ANd i hate lies. Maybe some are doing this , because they just want to do it. No bad intention. We should love ourselves because it is the best that we can be.

Hiding real identity is good for everybody before placing that on air, coz no body wants to be in a mess, everbody wants to live life as king size, alone and in a good future.
