Many people remember the dilema I was going thru with my Boss and my work situation due to my Health. It almost cost me my job, to where I had to go to the EEOC and file a complaint and wait it out. Well at the same time I tried to ask for a raise, and a lot of other things get worked out, and it seemed like it was taking forever.
Well, as many of you have been following it seemed like I was never going to get my raise, and I was beginning to wonder when things could ever get back to normal. But my Health has improved a lot, to where for the most part I am now FULL time back to work. The EEOC called for a mediation to get us to agree, and instead of having to go thru with it my Boss and I were able to talk and come to conclusion to where I was able to get things solved, as well as get my much deserved raise.
So overall I want to Thank everyone for the Prayers on this situation and let you know even if it took awhile I feel everything worked out for the Best. I am still due at least one more raise later this yr. but know if everything can go as continued, it will be worth it for sure.

That is great you got your raise. I have been praying for you and am glad that things have worked well for you. I am glad that your boss is finally working with you. Now if I can get my husband healthy again things will be perfect.

Well, the raise is a definate start for helping my yr. go better. If my leg would completely heal, then it would be even better, but this is a positive start. I have been praying my friend for your husband. If you ever need to talk message me.

That’s great Tina. I’m glad you got your raise. Did you get it retroactive from where you were supposed to have it? I bet not! I don’t know why that boss of yours tries to get away with cheating you. I’m glad you are back to work and glad also that you got your money.

Well, I have been working the whole time...just not Full time. He was saying the reason I had not gotten it yet was I was only working 70 hrs ever two weeks instead of 80, and so my production was not up there. But after talking with him and making him see how I felt, I am thinking things are a little bit better now, and I even let him know I am on pain meds that might make me tired as well. But the raise was much needed with promise of another one in like 8 months, so that makes it a little more worth it.

I am so happy for you Tina!!! Now you see for yourself that God indeed does answer all prayers that are asked for in faith and believed upon. What many of us don't know or tend to forget, is that God is Omniscient and omnipresent; He knows the beginning and the end, and lives in an everlasting now. He hears all prayers and answers all asked for in faith, but it is done in his time, not ours. He answers right away, but we may not see the answer for days, months, or even years because all things are done in his time.
But now you see that prayer and constant faith in our Lord Father God will win out above all else every time!!! Congratulations, blessings, and all good wishes to you Tina!

That is fabulous news and long deserved news as well. I know that you work hard and that you can't help the health issues that you have. Your boss surely knows how valuable that you are. I lost my job a few years ago due to issues that came up after I injured my arm and stuff, so I can understand how you feel. I should have fought my firing, but I figured it was time for a change. Keep up the good work and I am glad to hear that the health issues are being resolved.

Congrats!!! It's about time! Are they going to prorate it so you can get the money from the time you were supposed to have it? I hope so..you sure do deserve it.
I am glad to hear your health has improved too. How is the sore? Getting better? I know that has been a battle in itself too.

WOW Tina, I didn't know about your job situation, I think that is wonderful..Not only were you concerned about "losing" your job, you still took a chance to ask for a raise and you got it..What an inspiration for those who would have just given up..Congrats!!!!!!!!

You got a raise? You got a raise!
Congrats!
If that isn't a miracle, it must certainly be akin to one.
I would be suspicious of him, just the same.
Good luck and may everything continute to improve and look up from here on out.

Congratulations!!! Isn't it pathetic that you have to call in the big dogs in order to scare someone enough to sit down and negotiate? It'd be so much easier if they'd just be reasonable in the first place.
My advice, which you didn't as for, would be to take at least half that raise and put it in a savings account each paycheck. It'll add up fast and you'll have a few bucks for the next emergency!

That's good news! Glad to hear your health has improved and that you can work full time again. And to get a raise - wow - that's hard to come by these days with any company - so congratulations! Sounds like the new year is going well for you and I hope it continues throughout the year!
