Ive already picked up 3 dogs now in the street while I was doing my rounds. I got them so that they wont get run over by speeding cars. I just advice the guards that if someone looks for their dogs, then its with me. Yesterday was another case. I found a puppy( shih tzu) and when the owner claimed the puppy she even told me that her dog had gone out already many times! Why cant they ask someone to look after the dog while they are away? or make sure the dog wont get out when they open the door? They are lucky if someone gets their dog for safekeeping and gives it back to them. But will they still have to wait for the time when the dog will not be returned to them anymore? Worse, if they see their dog dead lying on the street with the brains and all insides out?Keep it in a cage if nobody will attend to it for the meantime and let the dog go if someone can be with the dog already. There are people who will not return the dog anymore if they chanced upon it. They shouldnt wait for the time when they wont see their beloved pet anymore. They better do something and not be so complacent that it will be returned to them everytime it goes out.

Thank you very much for the kind words lilaclady:) I also have 3 dogs in my backyard, and the boy who bites, I make sure he doesnt go out of the gate. I dont want someone bitten and get hurt. My 2 other babies dont bite but I dont like them too to get hurt or get lost and never to be found again. The reason why I get the dogs is that I also want others to safekeep my baby if she gets out, ofcourse I wont let that to happen. But I wont put a period in my sentence as there are workers and painters at home and they might leave the gate open for them to run away.I do what I do so that my dogs will also be returned to me if ever. Also, since I have 3 dogs, I cant stand seeing a lost dog. I get them before anything bad happens to them as I dont want it to happen to my own dogs. :) Thanks for posting!
