what these body building supplements are? As said, it serves as a booster. It's commonly used to replace meals, enhance weight gain, as well as promoting weight loss. The used of the body supplements are now deeply rooted into the body building. In fact, supplement now a days become the basis of professional body builders.

Body building is a lift style and an art form. But, supplements as the word implies are just to help you create that body you wish. Bodybuilding supplements are used to help these athletes to recover and build what they want in a manner that is convenient for them. Let me say that for example, a protein supplement is to help an athlete reach his or her macros in convenience. It is not a must, but it helps.

Absolutely you got my point. hundred percent you're right. Body builder alone, will not be effective if without this supplement you won't be able to have those muscle.

Hi I will say you that I am personally a skinny person and started bodybuilding before 1year and I too wanted to know what are supplements and I found that it is really helpful for enhancing our body In the first 6 months I had not taken any supplement but later my gym instructor gave me the idea of it when I started taking that I found a great difference in my body now am not skinny and I love my biceps and the whole body shape. Thx to supplement

Agree! so taking supplements great help at all. Doing body building without taking supplements are useless. Come to think of it,body builders alone will not improve unless they take supplements.

hi dear, nice topic, my nephew bought one and started drinking this wonder tonic which really cost the sky. well he soon found out that the drink was addictive and he felt miserable if he did not have it. thank god he stopped taking it. it was supplied through his gym. I think that a well balanced meal is enough, because too many vitamins may have opposite effect.

Body building does not actually need all those supplements because you can get it from a well balanced meal with protein carbohydrates and vitamins. Drinking water will also hydrate the body after performing all the strenuous workouts. Since you are burning all those calories in the physical activities, be sure to eat more of the nutritious foods. Sleep and rest are also very important in body building since your muscles only grow when you sleep. If you really need to take the supplements, consult the doctor in order to avoid the risks. The benefits from supplements have been blown out of proportion as a result of all the marketing strategies in the competitive industry.

the supplements is a great help at all. But though you are right. Exercise and wise food choosing is best too. But the main concept of this is how will you get a physically fit body just like the athletes. How will you provide a well groomed aura.
