Are hyips good way to earn money online?

One of my friend suggested that i join hyips sites to make money online. Any suggestions??

Exactly. The way it is setup is unsustainable.
Most people think that if they get in early they could make good money before it falls. (And very few people make it too.) But many people end up loosing.

You seem to suggest that its not worth taking the risk of investing in the high risk HYIP schemes. Kindly suggest some good small investment plans online

My research on HYIP a few years ago yielded negative results so I would have to say, "Definitely not!" If you want safety of your capital, you are better off investing in known financial instruments or buying certain types of assets.
In any case, I think discrediting HYIP is not proof that it is a bad choice of investment. May I propose a different kind of proof? If you ask me for my top 10 (or even top 100) choices of making money online, HYIP won't make the list. To confirm, ask 100 qualified (or credible) people about their top moneymaking methods.

unlike others you have gone a step ahead and conducted a research on HYIP schemes. It would be wrong for me to still persist with this risky investment. Kindly let me know some small investment schemes online

may be some sites can work for a short time but in my opinion you won't create much expectantions about them they are too risky and in amny cases tey become scams in a short time..

Yes from the responses i have received no one has suggested me to invest in this scheme. Mylotters cant go wrong because they speak from their own experience. I surely will abstain from investing in this risky business. Kindly suggest some good ways to earn money online

They are good ways to lose too. No problem in giving a try, but invest what you can risk. Don't invest more than what you cannot risk.

You have voiced the general sentiments that HYIPs are unsafe. I will surely abide by your suggestions. Can you suggest a good investment plan with minimum investment online?

Why HYIPs? The names that come to my mind are JSS tripler and ricochet riches. But, I'm a newbie in that field. (So, don't take my word for it.)
I think, instead of HYIPs, you can try some matrix programs. At least they will stay for a longer period than HYIPs. (I can nominate paid4zero. The joining is free. And you can buy positions for $10, multiple positions allowed. It has a forced matrix. There is a chance of getting a referral without working. I just joined but didn't promote anywhere. Now I have one referral under me, may be spill over from either my upline or admin.)

Not recommended.
Too much risks. All HYIPs are running Ponzi scheme, which is really unsustainable.
Old members are being paid by money from newer members. No new investments? Then the business collapse.
And also,
Do NOT invest what you can't afford to lose..

I am sorry, but I don't really know much about good online investments.
Online investments are not really interested with online investment as far as I see, most of them are just Ponzi scheme.
There might be some good online investment out there, but I don't really want to invest online. If I want to invest, I think I will invest my money to offline business.

I seen and read the different versions of hyip here so i expose my experience with hyip. Mr preethannju if you are really want to earn money in hyip you can. I am earning money with hyip from last five years wtih very low risk. You keep 100 dollars with you and invest small amounts in different sites such as 10 or 5 dollars in quck return plans that is one day or three day invest plans. Before invest you check the rate us profile of each site it gives good idea about investment in that company or site. see hyip programms and check if any particular site is scam report or dicussions on every site right side. If you take little care you can earn good money that is nearly 120 to 140 dollars with your 100 dollars investment. good luck
