Yes, I will pay your loan and you can use my check/cheque -but what's the deal?
NO- Not a date, I am fully booked for the whole year.
So,please give me a good deal before I will pay your loan and I will give you my check/cheque. (lols)
A friend approaches me last Thursday night regarding this matter.
She ask me if she can use my check/cheque for her loan requirement/s.
She needs to issue a whole year check/cheque (post dated) for her loan to be granted.
What will you do if you are in such situation.
Would you let your friend use your check/cheque?
Or,have you ever faced such situation?
WISHING EVERYONE GREAT WEEKEND
jaiho®- My check/cheque book expired yesterday (lols)

Well now. Look at this closely. If your friend gives you the money then you can deposit it in your account and then write the check for your friend. I would never just give a check just like that. I need the money in my account then I will write the check.

hello inertia,
I would be grateful to give my check that way-but it's not.
My friend ask me to issue a whole year post dated cheque's -without her money.
She will only give me the money every month-
I am not having doubts- but we never knew what gonna happen (oh I hope I am not too negative this time)
I declined her (I'm sad though)

I've help her find another way so she can open her own cheque book with bank that doesn't requires a big amount of savings to open a cheque book.
That's the least I can do to help her.
I don't want to put our friendship in such risk.
Like the saying goes "the easiest way to lost a friend is to lend them money" :x

Nope, no way. I love you but that request would have to be declined - at least that what I would say. It's not that I don't trust her but does she financially capable on paying back the money? You could be declared bankrupt because of this. Well good thing your cheque book expired though.

She might be able to pay for the first, second or might be until 3 months after she have gotten the money she loan.
But,it's a whole year- we never knew what will happen.
Though,I really want to help her...but gosh- this is giving me hard time to decide.
My check book is not expired actually :)

Haven't face such situation yet but if I were you, Sis, I would rather do nothing. It would be such a generous act if I okayed her request but I should also set myself ready for any consequences it may bring.
