What is the lamest thing you say but can't shake the habit of saying it?

I use "actually" way too much in my conversation and writings. I guess I used it in every post I wrote for my blog. I think I give into same kind of words all the time. I also use "meow" in my sentences at home and also with my boyfriend. It all started from me responding to my little sister's barking. It was only light fun. I am scared that soon I will start meowing in public also. I know I say it even in my sleep.
