biggest regret in life?

Much of our life is made of regret. I did things I wanted to do or have done things that we wanted to do. Is it to stick to everything? To live a life full of questions, of which most would be: "How was that?" We are always looking for people and solutions. I would like if possible to take the right decision, the wisest thing to do and keep people around us just tickles our ego. We read with breathless article that tells us how to solve problems, listen to people who advise us how to live a life without regrets and go up to impossible. We do the brave. We pretend that we take in this troubled ocean full of waves, but in reality tremble at every breath. We are afraid. We are afraid of ourselves, not from us, the problems and failure. We are afraid even to acknowledge that we are afraid. Challenges as we pass by the wolf and the lamb to cling to every promise. Do not dare to do great things because we fear change. Do not change because we are afraid of failure. I leave everything aside for a dream "foolish" of ours because it is not safe. Go bent and press issues, wrinkled forehead of many questions and before long haired. We suppress every emotion which supposedly should not have, let the chances pass us, and then, finally, to ask the eternal question: "What would have been if ..."?
