If a website claims that you can earn money without doing anything except for referring members then it's probably a scam site. I have never heard of that site. I think it's another scam site.

Look like they use pyramid scheme to me. I really don't like it, most of them are scam. I think these site also scam too

The earning process? It's just another pyramid scheme/money game/members get members scheme. Frankly said, the money that you may get are coming from your own referrals. No products or service to sell, no real works to do, just find some people who's willing to give their money to that site under your referral links. I have no idea whether it's legit or not, maybe it would depends on Admin's intention. But I totally dislike this way to earn money.
