I think the real beauty is inside. It's the soul shining which makes you blind for what a person looks from the outside. It has nothing to do with not using make up or seeing someone at themoment he/she wakes up. I really hope people don't judge me at the moment I wake up with a swollen face or infected facebecause of eczema. Without I look great but if it attacks me again. I think the people who you hear saying this don't talk about beauty at all. They just talk about what a person really looks like without make up etc. BTW there are plenty of people who don't use make up at all, ever in their life, and do look great early in the morning but do look great later on the day or in the evening. The moment you look great (and are on the top of your energy level) depends on the kind of bio-ritme you have. does this remark also fits men? Or is this again about women (since men don't use make up or?) Personally I don't like to see an unshaved man early in the morning, shaved looks way better, if we mean literally the outside of a person.

yes your right, just when they wake up without those make up. some dont have eye brows some have pale lips and pale cheeks, a lifeless face but only if your into make up specially those who wear to much make up like for exapmle those artist and models. though i love my own coz i am more pretty when i wake up coz it makes my face fresh being fresh is still most beautiful than having any make up as theres no eyebags and my eyes become so alive im not into make up as i only wear lipstick and blush though without it i am still look great coz im not pale so its ok thats why theres no changes whether i am already awake nor just get up that day. but then make up will only help defines the beauty of our face to be more pretty and not to make people pretty if they are already ugly(ouch).

If you consider that they still look good without make up or cosmetics then you could call that real beauty.

Maybe they are right. I'd say that if you want to see a real beauty of a person who is dear to you, you should create an ambiance that would make him or her happy. When a woman is happy she becomes beautiful, even if she's not a beauty. It's the same for the men. Love also helps you to see the beauty in the person who is dear to you.
