I heard that drinking coffee and tea causes acid reflux. Is it okay to drink herbal tea like thyme? do you have any suggestion, otherwise
I heard that gastroesophageal reflux are caused by physical activities like working after having meals without taking a few minutes of rest. Is it true? I am a working student and eldest among 8 siblings and I hardly find my time to rest.. lol I am an overworked person and I suspect overworking may be the cause of my benign heart murmur. lol Do I need to seek treatment for this? If I don't work and not tired, I will not be able to sleep at night but doing the opposite, I feel well rested the next morning. hay buhay! (oh, dear)

A benign heart murmur and acid reflux are two totally separate thing.
I find that I've had to give up a few things because of oesophagitis: coffee is very bad for it (aaargh!), spicy food doesn't help (not so bad) and chocolate causes me real trouble (that's the worst price I've had to pay).
As for relaxing after eating, it's more a case of staying vertical and not bending - that puts extra pressure on the stomach which forces the reflux higher. Obviously tight clothes are a bad idea. It can also help to sleep with your head slightly raised, so that gravity does its job where your weak innards can't.

yes , maybe u can take it now since your are young , but surely later in life when your hit like 40s and 50s your will suffer bad gastric pain and form ulcers that cannot be heal completely since the lining of the stomach is always fill with acids , and this pain will come and go always hence bad life ahead. If possible made sure meal are taken promptly and avoid over the top caffeice coffee and stress.

"If I don't work and not tired, I will not be able to sleep at night but doing the opposite, I feel well rested the next morning." -- Funny, I remember this verse when I read this line:
"The sleep of a laborer is sweet, whether they eat little or much, but as for the rich, their abundance permits them no sleep."--- Ecclesiastes 5:12
Coffee and tea are prohibited for reflux sufferers because they are acidic. Please confirm acidity of thyme. For your other questions, I suggest you consult a doctor. If you want a cheap consultation, you may want to have consultation in socio-civic activities being done by UNTv37. They have free medical check-up and consultation.

There's nothing more better than the old fashioned ginger tea, then.
That's an outstanding and meritorious service being served to people, then, and; I know that people are ready to brace this kind of activity - socio sivic...
Do they have any local chapels/Offices/Branches in Nueva Vizcaya, near bayombong or solano? I am a student and currently residing in Bayombong, not my real town.
