Restaurants that serve lousy food

It is annoying to end up in a bad restaurant when you are really hungry. I have experienced that a couple of times, but I especially remember one restaurant. Some time ago my ex-boyfriend and I had dinner at a Greek restaurant. It was a new restaurant and we had never been there before. There was a buffet with different kinds of food and it looked quite nice, so we decided to have dinner in that restaurant. When we had talked to the waiter we went to the buffet and filled our plates with food. The food was a huge disappointment, and it was definately not worth the money. We deciced to stay away from that restaurant in the future, but when we visited that street a few months later the restaurant was gone already gone, so I guess we weren't the only ones who didn't like the food

In my place where i live, there are many eating spots , basically there are stalls beside streets and some budget food stalls inside restraurants,basically we go only stalls tat are busy and got people eat, stalls tat food are not good or expensive usually are deserted.Personally i don critize food too much , as long it is not too spicy,foul, spoiled,cause diarrhoea,not dirty then it is ok for me.

I found many of the retaurants serving lousy food are at the main road where many buses and private cars have to stop to eat. Many passengers from the buses or cars do not have much time to pay attention to the quality of the food. They often rush and eat quickly. They also have no choice. When I travel to Jakarta by bus, we have to stop by this restaurant. Although passengers do not want to eat there but the driver usually stop. I later found out that drivers who stop at that restaurant got some tip from the owner of the restaurant and he is not charged for what he eats there. The food is usually below the standard and it costs more money than other restaurants.

Hi! I really have an experience on this. I felt bad because it was very expensive in that restaurant and the food was served too long and yet it was not delicious. Very disappointing. It was really not worth it. Money and time waster.

hi cairealyssa, Sorry to hear that, you've must be really pissed off. Was this your first time to go to that restaurant? because if it weren't you will not go back there again since you know that they've been serving customers in a very lousy way. right? well, i think this was your first to go there. A lot of restaurant nowadays, really don't know how to serve right their customers, And also some waiter or waitress are not really happy serving you. For sure you'll not eat there again. LOL

Hahaha. Sorry about that, dear. Yeah, it once happened to me. I was damn hungry and i jumped into a restaurant that was close to me. But when i started eatin, i discovered the food had soared, damn, i spat the whole thing off. Guess what, i went off without payin the owner a dime. However, come to me whenever you're hungry and i'll fix you a good meal. *winks*

Yes, I was in a restaurant and they took about an hour to cook the meal really badly. When it came it tasted like it had been standing for a lot of the time I was waiting, then zapped in the microwave to warm it through again.
