How to have a good group discussions

The secret of getting people to like you and to want to be in your company is to listen to other people. All you really have to do is to say enough to get them started ... and then be interested in what they have to say. This is not quite the same way that it can work in MyLot because a discussion here is not 'face to face' and it also really requires you to give as good quality as you get, in other words, you have to start with a good topic but it also has to be one on which you have plenty to say in reply to the responses you get.

Hello! We have the same problem :) I'm a shy type of person specially when I don't feel comfortable. Be yourself and just tackle topics that are simple and they can relate to it :)

well, you can reply to people's discussions, make really good replies and then try to be build rapport. if you like them add them up as friends here in mylot :)
