They wrapped up Chuck in a fairly good way. A lot of action and intrigue were on display for the ending. Some of the characters ended up in very good places. Chuck and Sarah ended up close to where they began; Chuck having the intersec and loving Sarah and Sarah being a spy who might fall for Chuck. The final scene was good of them on a beach not riding off into the sunset but kissing as the sunset.

I'm glad they gave Chuck a happy ending. The fact that they knew they were not going to be renewed allowed for them to write a season finale, which is also a series finale, that gives closure. I will be sad to see it go though, I mean he is the perfect every man who like most comic books gets a magic power and uses it for good, he at first cannot accept his gift but when it is taken away he fights to get it back. I was always surprised how the show survived year to year, every year they had to fight for renewal, that it lasted 5 seasons and created a host of fans is amazing.

I was so sad to see this show end! This show started around the time I first started college and it really helped me get through some tough times. I do like how it seems that since Sarah lost her memories she would have to gradually and slowly grow to love Chuck and they also went through a lot of important events in the finale; for example when they were dancing ballroom, when Sarah was in the Weinerlicious, diffusing a bomb, etc. All these moments ended with them starting over again. It was a weird way to end the series but I like that the fans got a another season of Chuck. I'm going to really miss this show a lot, in my opinion it was very underrated.

I agree with you. The season and series ender was really a blast. It was good that they were given the last chance to end in a fairly good way, unlike other shows I've seen who always left cliff hangers as season enders, not knowing what could have been. I guess, even though Sarah may have lost her memory, the start of a new friendship for her and Chuck was pretty much a good ending, unlike some cliche endings where they usually get married and get flashes of what their future would be like. I know that their lives will be as interesting as ever especially with that ending. It was nice to reminisce some of the familiar places and familiar moments in their last episode. The standing ovation was really cool as well. Everything ended so well.

I disagree. Oh, it was good that everybody's started down their safe paths now--Casey, to find his Secret Agent Lover (Carrie-Anne Moss), Chuck & Sarah to find themselves (working at the Buy More & her old 'cover' across the mall-hall?), Morgan & Casey's-daughter to ... do the same thing, Ellie & Awesome to move away and not really matter-- but that's kind of a "whimper" ... the finale lacked the "bang" CHUCK should've gone out with (being such a singularly-exhilarating action-comedy)---just as it STARTED, with Father Bartowski's QUANTUM LEAP into inventing The Intersect, Mother Bartowski helping Chuck evade the spy-TERMINATORs. I guess all that is possible if things 'happen' and the series gets picked-up again!
