Created a blog and want to publish in webpages

Hi i have created a blogspot but it is not visible to our friend. How can i make it visible? if my friend tried to open a website, they get error message while opening my blog sites.They get error like permission denied and It doesn't look like you have been invited to read this blog. If you think this is a mistake, you might want to contact the blog author and request an invitation.Give me a solution for this.

not sure about this, but maybe you have set your blog to private.. and you said its blogspot? i wonder how you were able to make it private as i am not able to do so with mine. hehe goodluck to you. let us know the link so we could check it too for you from our end if you like.
